Pleas, hearings, and sentencing for the month of December in the Fifth District Court of Cass County, Ralph K. Burgess, presiding judge and Criminal District Attorney Clint E. Allen, are as follows:
Trenton Tanario Washington, 27, Linden, five years prison for possession of a controlled substance, community supervision revoked, and 12 months State jail for delivery of a controlled substance, sentences to run concurrently.
Gary Lee Moore II, 26, Atlanta, five years prison for engaging in organized criminal activity, theft, community supervision revoked, and five years prison for burglary of a habitation, community supervision revoked, sentences to run concurrently.
Amber Star Perkins Williams, 29, Hughes Springs, four years prison for burglary of a habitation, community supervision revoked.
Amy Deanna Monrreal, 36, Emmerson, Ark., three years prison for possession of a controlled substance, community supervision revoked.         
Kendah Marquet Wells, 25, Atlanta, two years state jail for possession of a controlled substance.
Beverly Marie Trussell, 29, Atlanta, 15 months state jail for driving while intoxicated with a child younger than 15 years of age, community supervision revoked.
Reginald Randell Parker, 29, Douglassville, 180 days county jail for evading arrest, community supervision revoked, and two times 180 days for two counts of burglary of a vehicle, sentences to run concurrently; and two years State jail, suspended with five years community supervision for theft, with special conditions, to pay fine in the amount of $2,000; to pay restitution obligation; perform 400 hours community service; complete home study course on offender responsibility and submit to DNA sample
Douglas Ray Bankston, 50, Queen City, adjudication of guilt deferred with 10 years of community supervision for aggravated assault use/exhibit a deadly weapon, with special conditions to pay fine in the amount of $2,000; intensive supervision reporting two times per month for one year; abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 300 hours community service; shall have no contact with victim; and submit to DNA sample
LaRae Thomas Phillips, 44, Daingerfield, adjudication of guilt deferred for 10 years, 10 years community supervision for theft, with special conditions, to pay fines in the amount of $2,000; pay restitution in the amount of $11,107.15, abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 250 hours community service; and submit to DNA sample.
James Robert Heard, 34, Atlanta, 62 days in county jail for two counts of DWI, first; adjudication of guilt deferred with 10 years community supervision for aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon; and two years State jail, suspended, with five years community supervision for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, sentences to run concurrently, with special conditions,  to pay a fine in the amount of $2,000; pay restitution in the amount of $1,200, abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 500 hours community service; participate in home alcohol monitoring and electronic monitoring programs for a minimum of two years; have no contact with victim; pay delinquent child support; write letter of apology to victims; successfully complete Batterer’s Intervention Program, and submit to DNA sample.
Bobby Dean Traylor, 45, McLeod, 365 days county jail for assault bodily injury/family violence and adjudication of guilt deferred for aggravated assault/threaten with deadly weapon/family violence, with seven years community supervision with special conditions, to pay a fine in the amount of $2,000; pay restitution as determined; abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 200 hours community service; participate in home alcohol monitoring and electronic monitoring programs for a minimum of 365 days; have no contact with victim; write letter of apology to victim; successfully complete Batterer’s Intervention Program, and submit to DNA sample.
Nathen Gene Perkins, 25, Paragould, Ark., adjudication of guilt deferred for possession of marijuana, with 10 years community supervision, with special conditions, to pay a fine in the amount of $2,000; pay restitution of $140; abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 200 hours community service; complete Drug Offender Education Program; and submit to DNA sample.
Delcie Marie Gearlds, 44, Atlanta, adjudication of guilt deferred for prohibited substance in a correctional facility, with five years community supervision with special conditions, to pay a fine in the amount of $2,000; pay restitution of $140; abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 200 hours community service; complete Drug Offender Education Program; submit to random call in drug testing for minimum of 90 days; reimburse Cass County for unpaid AIP fees currently at $1,090; and submit to DNA sample.
David Charles Lovewell, 24, Linden, 10 years prison, suspended, with 10 years community supervision or violation of protective order and 10 years prison, suspended, with 10 years community supervision, for assault, causing bodily injury/family violence by strangulation, sentences to run concurrently, with special conditions, to pay fines totaling $4,000; abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 300 hours community service; attend a minimum of one Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous meetings per week; successfully complete the Batterer’s Intervention Program; pay $100 fee to the Domestic Violence Office; and submit to a DNA sample.
Charles Richard Burton, 49, Hugo, Okla., two years State jail, suspended, for criminal non-support, with five years community supervision, with special conditions, to pay a fine in the amount of $1,000; abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 300 hours community service; pay delinquent child support as directed by Attorney General’s Office; and submit to a DNA sample.
Caroll Ann Williamson, 59, Ida, La., five times two years state jail, suspended, for two counts of theft and two counts of forgery/credit card abuse, with two times five years community supervision, with special conditions, to pay a fine in the amount of $1,000; to pay restitution in the amount of $36,433.26; abstain from alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 200 hours community service; and submit to DNA sample, sentences to run concurrently.

Defendants placed on community supervision (formerly known as “probation”) must abide by many conditions that may include, but shall not be limited to, the following:  Commit no offense against the laws of this State or of any other State or of the United States; avoid injurious or vicious habits; avoid persons or places of disreputable or harmful character; report to the supervision officer as directed by the judge or supervision officer and obey all rules and regulations of the community supervision and corrections department; permit the supervision officer to visit the defendant at the defendant’s home or elsewhere; work faithfully at suitable employment as far as possible; remain within a specified place; pay the defendant’s fines, if one be assessed, and all court costs whether a fine be assessed or not, in one or several sums; support the defendant’s dependents; reimburse the county in which the prosecution was instituted for compensation paid to appointed counsel for defending the defendant in the case, if counsel was appointed; submit to testing for alcohol or controlled substances; attend counseling sessions for substance abusers or participate in substance abuse treatment services in a program or facility approved or licensed by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse; reimburse a law enforcement agency for the analysis, storage, or disposal of raw materials, controlled substances, chemical precursors, drug paraphernalia, or other materials seized in connection with the offense.
