Funeral services for Deloris Ann “Dede” Hill, 54, of Hughes Springs, will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 22, at Reeder-Davis Chapel.  Burial will follow at Bradfield Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.  There will be a time of visitation from 6 until 8, Tuesday evening at the funeral home. 

 Miss Hill was born Nov. 28, 1958, in Naples, and died May 19, at a Mount Pleasant hospital.  She worked for the Hughes Springs Junior High School for 21 years.  She loved reading.  She was a member of the Daingerfield Book Club.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hughes Springs and was an avid doll collector. 

 She is survived by her parents, Bobby and Shirley Hill, of Hughes Springs; aunts and uncles, Jan and Mike Floyd of Cason, Peggy and Gerald Phillips of Cason, Alice Henderson of Hughes Springs, and Ann Hill of Hughes Springs; and numerous cousins, including five special cousins, J. T. Lafevere, Kayleigh Phillips, Mattie Phillips, Rowdy Rhyne, and Rance Rhyne.

Memorials can be made to the Daingerfield or Hughes Springs City Libraries.
