Blood Drive
Morris County Sheriff Jack Martin will host the Lifeshare Blood Center of Texarkana, at the Courthouse Annex Building in front of the Sheriff’s Office at 502 Union St. in Daingerfield on Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 1 to 6 p.m.

Football Tickets
Daingerfield-Lone Star ISD will offer the same reserved seat football tickets to the same ticketholders as last year beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 5, at the administration Office located on 200 Tiger Drive. Tickets not purchased by Monday, Aug. 12, will be sold to the public beginning on Aug. 13. To honor veterans and senior citizens, the Daingerfield-Lone Star ISD is making available a free general admission pass to all activities. Activity cards may be picked up at the Administration office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. These cards entitle veterans and senior citizens (62 and older) to enter all home athletic events and school activities free of charge.

Caregiver’s Support Group
There will be a Caregiver’s Support Group meeting every Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. in the conference room at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Linden. For further information, call Kathy Johnson at 903-756-9868.

Reunion
The Burrow Reunion will be held at the O’Farrell Community Center between Atlanta and Red Hill at 11 a.m. on Aug. 3. Bring food and old family photos. For further information, email delores.mccright@gmail.com.

Revival
New Birth Baptist Church of Daingerfield will hold a revival Aug. 8, 9, and 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the courthouse annex building. Speakers will be A.E. Jones Sr. of Desoto, Devron Doss of Mount Vernon, and S.L. Harris of Karnack. A church anniversary servicer will be held at 3 p.m. on Aug. 11 with Victor Adams of Paris as the speaker.

Revival
True Hope Ministries of Pittsburg will hold a revival Aug. 15 and Aug. 16 at 7 p.m. and Aug. 17 at 10 a.m.

Reunion
A school reunion for all Traylor High School graduates will be held at the Old Traylor High School in Hughes Springs Aug. 16 and 17. Contact Theresa Traylor at 903-619-3505 for additional information.
