Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen has released the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for July, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:
Tammy Lanette Bush, 45, Longview, 23 days county jail sanction, extend probation date from one year after expiration date, and must show proof of employment search, plus find suitable and stable employment for hindering apprehension/prosecution, probation modified.
Kenneth Keon Andrews, 33, Atlanta, six months Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division and pay $324 in court costs for evading arrest with previous convictions – enhanced.
Josephine Harris Griffith, 58, Atlanta, 30 days county jail and pay $472 in court costs for driving while intoxicated.
Ronnie Dewayne King, 51, Marietta, 120 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for theft; and 120 days county jail and pay $472 in court costs for DWI, second, sentences to run concurrently.
Christopher Henry Bond, 38, Hughes Springs, 150 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for evading arrest.
Christopher Lee Morgan, 38, Marietta, 12 months TDCJ, State Jail Division, for possession of a controlled substance, revoked.
Elan Adam Carreon, 35, Texarkana, Ark., 20 months TDCJ, State Jail Division and pay $404 in court costs for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
Jonathan Jacob Owens, 28, Atlanta, five years TDCJ, Institutional Division, for DWI, third or more, revoked; five years TDCJ, Institutional Division, for DWI, third or more, revoked; five years TDCJ, Institutional Division,  and pay $297 in court costs for theft of property by check, sentences to run concurrently.
Michael Wayne Scott, 57, Satillo, Miss., 60 days county jail and pay $357 court costs for possession of controlled substance.
Jamaricia Demon Jones, 27, Atlanta, 90 days county jail for DWI with BAC.15-revoked.
