Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of July, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:
Tammy Lanette Bush, 44, Longview, 23 days county jail sanction, extend probation date from one year after expiration date, must show proof of employment search, plus find suitable and stable employment for hinder apprehension/prosecution-probation modified.
James Perry Gill Jr., 23, McLeod, seven years Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division for burglary of a building, revoked; seven years Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division for burglary of a building, revoked; 24 months TDCJ –State Jail Division, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, revoked; seven years TDCJ-Institutional Division for burglary of a building, revoked; seven years TDCJ – Institutional Division for prohibited substance and items in a correctional facility; and 24 months TDCJ – State Jail Division and pay $324 court costs for theft.
Dustin Axle Kidwell, 28, Harrison, Ark., 90 days county jail for driving while intoxicated, revoked.
Devin Devon Brumley, 21, Linden, 90 days county jail for prohibited weapon, switchblade knuckles, revoked.   
Billie Deanna Moye, 31, Texarkana, three days county jail for DWI, open container, revoked.
Jacqueline Denise Bumpass, 30, Hughes Springs, two days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for theft.
Luke Abiel Moreno, 33, Russellville, Ark., four years TDCJ – Institutional Division and pay $499 court costs for DWI, subsequent.
