Trammell’s Trace DAR undertakes project

The Trammell’s Trace Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) have begun a project that could take up to two years to complete, but as they say, time is of the essence.
World War II Veterans are dying quickly – at the rate of just over 600 a day, according to recent US Veterans Administration figures.
Honoring the 20th-century veterans’ sacrifice before they pass from the scene, is at the heart of the ambitious undertaking that Trammell’s Trace DAR has begun.
