Cass County Grand Jury Report

During a one day Grand Jury session Aug. 23, Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint E. Allen states that 101 new indictments were handed down.  Below are the names and offenses of those individuals who were indicted and have been arrested:

Dmarquille Olajuwon Battle, 19, Atlanta, arson.
Steven Ray Blakely Sr., 52, Linden, tampering with physical evidence.
Joshua Lee Bolton, 25, Ore City, possession of a controlled substance.
Bridget Cassandra Broomhall, 40, Jefferson, theft of copper.
Kevin Leroy Broomhall, 35, Jefferson, theft of copper.
