Kasling elected to board of directors

Mayo Kasling Jr., president of First National Bank of Hughes Springs was elected to the board of directors of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT). This appointment was announced during the Independent Bankers Association of Texas 39th Annual Convention held in San Antonio recently.
Mr. Kasling has been president and chief executive officer of First National Bank of Hughes Springs since 1985. Under his leadership, the bank has expanded from a one-bank facility to the current 10 bank branches that include Liberty City, Omaha, Atlanta, Daingerfield, Jefferson, Harleton, Winona, Maud, Redwater and Queen City.
