Bill and Rosalie Chambers established a perpetual scholarship at Northeast Texas Community College in memory of Mary Jane Coker. The Mary Jane Coker Memorial Scholarship will be for available for students from Titus County majoring in general academic studies. Rosalie Chambers, right, presents the gift to Dr. Jonathan McCullough, vice president for advancement.
