Silent Witness

Casey Cox, brother of family violence victim Karen Cox Smith, spoke at the Silent Witness program held Sunday at Daingerfield City Park. Survivor Amanda Bailey also told her story. Morris County Attorney Steven Cowan spoke, as did Martha Baker representing Ounce of Prevention and members of Sheltered Agencies for Families in East Texas. The event remembered those lost to family violence and those who survived.
