Services for Marshall André Robinson, 71, of Marietta, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 25 at Harrison Funeral Home in Naples with Father Juan Sardinas officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of the Pines Cemetery in Daingerfield. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, at the funeral home.
Mr. Robinson was born Nov. 24, 1941, in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and died Oct. 18 in San Jose, Calif. He was a security consultant for over 50 years, and the owner of Marshall Robinson and Associates Inc. He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Daingerfield, and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Robinson was a concealed handgun license instructor, a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and a member of the Texas State Rifle Association.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Robinson, in 2010; parents, Marshall L. Robinson and Elizabeth Tant Robinson; two brothers, Wayne Robinson and Michael Robinson; and three sisters, Dolores Spears, Sara Craft and Rachael Robinson.
Survivors include one son, Sam Robinson of Omaha; two daughters and sons-in-law, Renee and David Phillips of Mount Pleasant and Janna and Marc Easley of Daingerfield; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Christian Service Center in Daingerfield, or to the charity of your choice.
