Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of August with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:
Michelle Lee Lowe, 37, Queen City, 60 days county jail sanction for possession of marijuana, revoked.
Brent Wayne Orand, 28, Atlanta, 180 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for failure to identify as fugitive.
Eric Dominic Parks, 42, Queen City, 60 days county jail for possession of a controlled substance – revoked.
Marc Quincey Roberts, 32, Douglassville, 60 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for driving while license invalid with previous convictions.
Clydell Strain, 44, Deberry, 90 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for evading arrest/detention and 12 months in Texas Department of Criminal Justice - State Jail Division and pay $324 in court costs for theft.
Gloria Faye Alvarez, 40, Atlanta, three years TDCJ – ID, and pay $324 in court costs for evading arrest/detention with a motor vehicle; nine months TDCJ – State Jail Division and pay $384 in court costs for possession of a controlled substance; and 60 days county jail and pay $297 court costs for evading arrest/detention, sentences to run concurrently.
Mark Allen Stukins, 46, Avinger, three years TDCJ, ID, and pay $499 in court costs for driving while intoxicated – subsequent.
Kevin Ray Volgamore, 46, Rodessa, La., 10 years TDCJ-ID and pay $324 in court costs for bail jumping and failure to appear and 10 years TDCJ-ID and pay $499 in court costs for DWI, subsequent, sentences to run concurrently.  
Eldunta Cedtuan Washington, 39, Desoto, 30 days county jail and pay $472 in court costs for DWI.
Joshua Lee Bolton, 25, Ore City, 38 days county jail and pay $357 in court costs for possession of marijuana.
Brandon Ray Fabre, 29, Queen City, 45 days county jail for burglary of a vehicle, revocation; 15 months TDCJ – State Jail Division for two counts of credit card abuse, revocation; and 15 months TDCJ – State Jail Division for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, sentences to run concurrently.
Chad Dale Littlejohn, 24, Linden, 120 days county jail for possession of a controlled substance, revocation.  
Kenneth Roy Whetstone, 29, Naples, two years TDCJ – ID and pay $324 in court costs for prohibited substance in a correctional facility; six months TDCJ - State Jail Division and pay $324 in court costs for theft; 120 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for burglary of a vehicle; and 120 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for burglary of a vehicle, sentences to run concurrently.
Robert Michael May, 60, Atlanta, 210 days county jail for violation of a protective order.
Eric William Reed Jr., 24, 169 days county jail and pay $297 in court costs for deadly conduct; and 169 days county jail and pay $297 court costs for resisting arrest.
Brian Keith Slaten, 29, Atlanta, nine months TDCJ – State Jail Division and pay $324 in court costs for theft and nine months TDCJ – State Jail Division and pay $324 in court costs for theft, sentences to run concurrently.
Barbara Ann Stallworth, 48, Naples, 26 days county jail and pay $472 in court costs for DWI.
Devin Devon Brumley, 21, Linden, five years deferred adjudication, pay $500 fine, $2,776 restitution plus $299 in court costs, and perform 200 hours of community service for theft.
Tommy Kerr Kanniard III, 21, Linden, five years deferred adjudication, pay $299 court costs plus $340 restitution, have a SASSI evaluation performed and pay all costs incurred, perform 150 hours of community service for each count, for three counts of forgery; five years deferred adjudication, pay $500 fine, $333 in court costs plus $2,776 restitution, have no contact with co-defendant, and perform 200 hours of community service for three counts of forgery.
Hardy Lee Owens, 54, three years deferred adjudication, pay $1,000 fine plus $299 in court costs, and perform 200 hours of community service for burglary of a habitation.
Eric Dominic Parks, 42, Queen City, 10 years TDCJ – ID, suspended, 10 years community supervision to include a 30-day county jail sanction, pay $1,000 fine plus $359 in court costs, follow original conditions of probation, be evaluated for drug court, if eligible, defendant will enter and successfully complete Cass County Drug Court and Aftercare Program, reimburse Cass County for court appointed attorneys fees, and participate in the electronic monitoring program for not less than three months and pay all costs incurred for possession of a controlled substance, adjudicated guilty.
