Thornton purchases The Springs and Windsor Place nursing centers

The transition of a new owner at The Springs in Hughes Spring and Windsor Place in Daingerfield was so seamless; most people did not realize the deal was finalized on Oct. 17. Tim Thornton became the new owner of the facilities, having purchased them from his mother-in-law, Jan DeLorme.
Ted and Jan DeLorme bought and began operating Windsor Place in 1994 and followed with the purchase of The Springs in 1998.
Mr. Thornton is in his element at the helm of the nursing centers.
