Cass Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the Month of September, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:
Christopher Henry Bond, 38, Hughes Springs, 139 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for harassment.  
Matthew Kevin Gray, 43, Lone Star, five years Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division for delivery of a controlled substance, community supervision revoked.
Roxanne Konrad, 54, Atlanta, 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for criminal trespass.
George Madewell Jr., 63, Linden, 90 days county jail for driving while intoxicated – probation revoked.
Larry Donald Mitchell, 58, Atlanta, 60 days county jail and pay $477 in court costs for DWI, second.
James Ray Richardson, 56, Atlanta, 25 years TDCJ – Institutional Division and pay $389 in court costs for possession of a controlled substance.
Jakarian Morrell Starling, 26, Texarkana, nine months State Jail Division of TDCJ for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, revoked.
Amber Nicole Williams, 23, Queen City, 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for hindering apprehension/prosecution.  
Ashlee Kristyn Smith, 32, Daingerfield, three days county jail, pay $362 in court costs, and driver’s license suspension for six months for possession of marijuana.
Daniel Glenn Carter, 21, Houston, three years deferred adjudication, pay $376 in court costs, $140 restitution, plus $1,000 fine, perform 200 hours of community service, enroll and successfully complete Drug Offender Education classes for possession of marijuana.
