Cass County District Attorney’s Report

Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of October, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:
Kevin Lee Anderson, 20, Atlanta, 118 days county jail, pay $302 in court costs and forfeit weapon to the State for prohibited weapon switchblade/knuckles.  
Clive Theron Griffin III, 39, Queen City, 14 days county jail sanction for driving while intoxicated-community supervision modified.
George Madewell, 63, Linden, 65 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for criminal trespass.
Donnie Monroe Combs, 41, Linden, 130 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for driving while license suspended with previous conviction.
Anthony Jesse Fuentes, 23, Atlanta, 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
Robert Nickolos Connor, 30, Atlanta, 15 months Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and pay $349 in court costs for forgery by passing; and 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs, for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
Jefferson Keith McNeal, 47, Bivins, six months TDCJ – State Jail Division and pay $389 in court costs for possession of a controlled substance.
John Roy Hartsell, 23, Atlanta, two days county jail, pay $302 in court costs, and forfeit weapon to the State for prohibited weapon switchblade/knuckles.  
Michael Dean Mixon, 34, Bloomburg, adjudication guilty, 90 days county jail for possession of marijuana, revoked.
Jerry Michael Quinn, 58, Bivins, 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for fleeing from police officers.
Tony Keith Shearin, 55, Bloomburg, 10 years TDCJ – Institutional Division and pay $329 in court costs for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; 10 years TDCJ-ID and pay $329 in court costs for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; and 10 years TDCJ-ID and pay $504 in court costs for DWI-subsequent, sentences to run concurrently.
Blake Edward Dugger, 20, Bivins, 180 days county jail for burglary of a vehicle, revoked; 60 days county jail and pay $477 in court costs for DWI, open container; 180 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for theft of property; and 120 days county jail and pay $477 in court costs for DWI, sentences to run concurrently.
Patrick Lamar Heard, 37, Atlanta, 120 days county jail for DWI, revoked.
Arthur Franklin Whitfield, 51, Texarkana, Ark., 15 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for failure to identify as fugitive from justice.
Justin Shaine Williamson, 23, Nash, 60 days county jail for driving while license invalid with previous convictions, revoked.
Tommy Wayne Anderson, 21, Linden, six months TDCJ-State Jail Division and pay $329 in court  costs for forgery by passing.
Aaron Brando Barcenas, 21, Linden, 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for failure to identify.
Jerramy Dale Burns, 29, Linden, 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
Danny Mack Keister, 33, Queen City, 120 days county jail for failure to identify as fugitive with intent to give false information, revoked; 120 days county jail for driving while license invalid with previous convictions; 60 days county jail and pay $320 in court costs for driving while license invalid with previous convictions; and 150 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for assault causing bodily injury, sentences to run concurrently.
Sheila Elaine Griffin, 49, Hughes Springs, five years deferred adjudication, pay $2,000 fine plus $312 in court costs and perform 250 hours community supervision for four counts of forgery of a financial instrument.
Johnathan Tremmell Nard, 28, Linden, two years TDCJ-State Jail Division, five years community supervision, pay $1,500 fine plus $329 in court costs, enter and successfully complete a substance abuse felony punishment facility and Cass County Aftercare Program and driver’s license suspended for one year for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle; and two years TDCJ-State Jail Division, five years community supervision, pay $500 fine and $683.20 restitution, plus $329 in court costs, enter and successfully complete a substance abuse felony punishment facility and Cass County Aftercare Program, and driver’s license suspended for one year for credit card/debit card abuse, sentences to run concurrently.
