Recycling help is now available

The Ark-Tex Council of Governments (ATCOG) announces the availability of approximately $30,000 for all eligible applicants (excluding universities and other post secondary institutions) located within our nine-county region for the implementation of solid waste recycling projects during fiscal year 2014. The counties included within the ATCOG region are Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River, and Titus.
