Services for Ola Mae Kennedy, 95, of Longview, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the Longview Missionary Baptist Church where she is a member.  The Rev. Tony Harp and the Rev. Nathan Rogers will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery in Cass County. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Longview.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the funeral home.

She was born Aug.12, 1918, in Morris County to Walter and Arrie Cox, and died Jan. 11. She had lived in Longview since 1967.

Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, the Rev. O. L. Kennedy and son, Robert Earl Kennedy; her mother and father; and two brothers.

She is survived by her son Jerry Kennedy and wife Deborah, and daughter-in-law Earlene Kennedy; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren; a sister, Helen Moore of Kilgore; and several nieces and nephews.
