Tigers undefeated in district, 23rd-ranked Indians win two

The Tigers picked up another pair of wins this week to stay undefeated in district play as they downed Linden-Kildare on Tuesday and Redwater on Friday.
Daingerfield improved to 9-0 in district play at home Friday evening as the Tigers downed the visiting Redwater Dragons, 63-46.
Keynon Whetstone had a big game to lead the way for the Tigers as he finished with 13 points, four rebounds two assists and two steals.
Spencer Alexander was also in double figures in the scoring column with 12 points and also added six rebounds in the win. Denzel Mims finished with eight points and nine rebounds.
The Tigers picked up a lopsided victory on the road Tuesday as they won at Linden-Kildare, 55-36.
The trio of Malik Higgins, Keaton Key and Whetstone combined to score 37 points in the win as Higgins led the way with 13 while Key and Whetstone each added 12 points.
The Lady Tigers were also in action against Linden-Kildare Tuesday as they picked up a 44-37 victory.
