Rulloda pleads to lesser charge of injury to a child

An Omaha man pled guilty to injury to a child before Judge Robert Ralston in the 76th Judicial District in Morris County on Feb. 5. Albert Galves Rulloda, 51, received 10 years deferred probation, according to Morris County Attorney Steve Cowan.
Mr. Rulloda had been arrested in November 2013 and was charged with three counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child and two counts of indecency with a child. The plea of injury to a child was accepted with the dismissal of the other charges, Mr. Cowan said.
