Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of January, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:

Evelyn Dawn Fitts, 36, Jefferson, 12 months Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail Division, for possession of a controlled substance – revoked.
Henry Vance Garrett, 36, Bloomburg, 30 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for failure to identify.
Bradley Kyle Wooten, 32, Texarkana, Ark., 13 days county jail and pay $389 in court costs for possession of a controlled substance.
Donnie Shawn Harkrider, 27, Douglassville, 30 days county jail sanction for displaying fictitious license plates – modified; and 30 days county jail sanction for driving while license invalid – modified, sentences to run concurrently.
Willie B. Heath, 76, Douglassville, 10 years TDCJ – Institutional Division, court to consider shock probation within 180 days, no less than 890 days in TDCJ-ID, defendant shall be evaluated for Cass County Drug Court and Aftercare Program for driving while intoxicated, subsequent.
Steven Ray Kemp, 36, DeKalb, 14 days county jail and pay $320 in court costs for failure to identify.
Bradford Dan Mitchell, 41, Douglassville, 60 days county jail, pay $477 in court costs, and driver’s license suspended for six months for DWI, second.
James Ralston Wilcox, 30, Vivian, La., 12 months TDCJ-State Jail Division and pay $329 in court costs for burglary of a building.
Shane O’Patrick Bell, 42, Douglassville, 90 days county jail, suspended, 12 months community supervision, pay $750 fine plus $477, perform 40 hours of community service, participate and successfully complete DWI offenders classes and pay all costs incurred, submit to any peace officer’s request for blood, breath or urine specimen and attend and successfully complete Victim’s Impact Panel and pay all costs incurred for DWI.
Veronica Bryant-Pendleton, 34, Atlanta, 10 years TDCJ-Institutional Division, seven years community supervision, pay $500 fine, $168.62 restitution, plus $341 in court costs, perform 150 hours of community service, and have an SASSI evaluation and pay all costs incurred for bail jumping and failure to appear; and two years TDCJ-State Jail Division, suspended, five years community supervision, pay $2,000 fine, $109.42 restitution, plus $341 in court costs, perform 150 hours of community service, have an SASSI evaluation and pay all costs incurred, and successfully complete a  home study on contentious relationships for debit card abuse, sentences to run concurrently.
Matthew Jeffery, 32, Texarkana, Ark., five years TDCJ-Institutional Division, five years community supervision, pay $2,000 fine plus $329 in court costs, successfully enroll and complete an inpatient treatment program with the Arkansas Probation Department for vehicle involved in an accident, failure to stop.
Lonnie Alandis Adams, 50, Texarkana, 10 years TDCJ-Institutional Division, suspended, 10 years community supervision, to include 10 days county jail sanction, pay $2,000 fine, $60 restitution, plus $504 court costs, participate and successfully complete DWI repeat offenders classes and pay all costs incurred, have ignition interlock installed on any vehicle operated by defendant and pay all costs incurred, have an alcohol monitoring device in place and be responsible for the cost of the device until ignition interlock device is installed, driver’s license suspended for one year, submit to any peace officer’s request for blood, breath or urine specimen, perform 200 hours of community supervision, have an SASSI evaluation performed, be evaluated for Cass County Drug Court and Aftercare Program, if not accepted enroll in and successfully complete DEAR Unit and Cass County Aftercare Program for DWI, subsequent.
