In other business, Kathy Boyles was awarded the position of consultant for the HOME Grant Management program at a rate of 4 percent of the cost.

A technology fund line item for computer maintenance was amended by $12,000. The commissioners approved general fund line item transfers for Odyssey computer upgrade of $3,000 from the general fund other to general fund capital outlay and $3,000 from tax office extra labor to general capital outlay.
