Meadows Graveside services for Wilma Jo ‘Penny’ Meadows, 84, of Belton, formerly of Hughes Springs, will be held Wednesday, May 28, at 1:30 p.m. at Union Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mrs. Meadows was born July 8, 1929, in Linden to Clyde and Lura Penny and died May 22.
