Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of April, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:
 
Michael Glen Boles, 41, Queen City, two years Texas Department of Criminal Justice –Institutional Division and pay $499 in court costs for driving while intoxicated, subsequent.
 
James Lee Clark Jr., 32, Little Rock, Ark., 60 days county jail and pay $362 in court costs for possession of a controlled substance and 60 days county jail and pay $320 in court costs for driving while license invalid, sentences to run concurrently.
 
Kelly Lester Farmer, 47, Queen City, 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for driving while license suspended with previous conviction and 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for bail jumping and failure to appear, sentences to run concurrently.
 
Timothy Gene Admire, 47, Porter, nine months TDCJ- State Jail Division for theft, revoked.
 
Kevin Harris Boatman, 41, Queen City, 150 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
 
Jared Avery Brannon, 19, Linden, 60 days county jail and pay $362 in court costs for possession of dangerous drug and 60 days county jail and pay $362 in court costs for possession of marijuana, sentences to concurrently.
 
Darrell Gene Campbell, 53, Hughes Springs, 90 days county jail for theft of property, revoked. 
 
Steven Undra Dickerson, 44, Douglassville, 10 years TDCJ-ID, and pay $329 in court costs for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for failure to identify, sentences to run concurrently. 
 
Ronald Chester Goettel Jr., 53, Queen City, 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
 
Darryl Ray Holbert Jr., 24, Queen City, 120 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for burglary of a vehicle and three days in the county jail and pay $302 in court costs for theft of property, sentences to run concurrently.
 
Joe Bob McDonald II, 38, seven months TDCJ-State
 
Jail Division and pay $329 in court costs for attempted harassment of a public servant.
 
Jason Dewayne Grissom, 32, Atlanta, five years TDCJ-ID and pay $389 in court costs for possession of a controlled substance and five years TDCJ-ID and pay $389 in court costs for bail jumping and failure to appear, sentences to run concurrently.
 
Robert Shane Terry, 32, Atlanta, 180 days county jail for DWI, revoked, and 120 days county jail and pay $362 in court costs for drug testing falsification device, sentences to run concurrently.
 
Christopher Wayne Wilder, 29, Atlanta, 60 days county jail and pay $477 in court cost for DWI and 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for resisting arrest, sentences to run concurrently.
 
William Dean Sprayberry, 29, Atlanta, 60 days county jail and pay $477 in court costs for DWI; and 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for driving while license invalid, sentences to run concurrently.
 
Zachery Stark Burkhalter, 22, Bloomburg, 90 days county jail, suspended, 12 months community supervision, pay $750 fine plus $472 in court costs, participate and successfully complete DWI offenders classes and pay all costs incurred, attend and successfully complete the Victim’s Impact Panel, submit to peace officer’s request for blood, breath or urine specimen and perform 40 hours of community service for DWI.
