Daingerfield woman arrested for burglary

Samantha Taylor Allen, 27, of Daingerfield, was arrested May 27 and charged with burglary of a habitation, according to Morris County Sheriff
Jack Martin.
“Deputy Jimmy Simpler with the Morris County Sheriff’s office received a complaint of a burglary of a habitation, which had occurred on Farm-to-Market Road 997 in the Jenkins Community of Morris County,” Sheriff Martin said. “Deputy Simpler’s investigation led to the arrest of Ms. Allen.
“She was charged with burglary of a habitation, which is a felony of the second degree, and is punishable by confinement in a Texas Prison for a term of two to 20 years, and a fine of up to $10,000.”
