One-vehicle rollover sends one to hospital

A Daingerfield woman was transported by ambulance to Titus Regional Medical Center in Mount Pleasant on July 2 after a roll-over accident,according to Departmentof Public Safety Trooper Sylvia Jennings. 
“At approximately 7:45 a.m. Tarika Franklin, 27, of Daingerfield, was traveling west on Highway 11, approaching a railroad crossing near Farmto-Market Road 1745,” Trooper Jennings said. “When the lights activated at the railroad crossing, Ms. Franklin tried to stop suddenly and her vehicle veered to the right into the bar ditch, flipping on its top.
She was trapped in her vehicle until emergency responders arrived and cut her seatbelt.
“Ms. Franklin was transported to Titus Regional Medical Center for observation; however, she did not sustain any injuries. She was seen at the emergency room and released.
Department of Public Safety Trooper Brad Fein was the investigating trooper.
