Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of May, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge: 
Leroy Hill, 54, Vivian, La., four years Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division, and pay $329 in court costs for evading arrest/detention by use of a motor vehicle; and four years TDCJ-ID and pay $329 in court costs for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, sentences to run concurrently. Alexander William Sanchez, 42, Douglassville, 30 days county jail and pay $477 in court costs for driving while intoxicated. Daphne Brooke Scott, 20, Queen City, five years TDCJ-ID for retaliation, revoked.
