With a big sigh of relief by constituents in the Region D Water Planning Group, Marvin Nichols Reservoir has hit a roadblock as of Aug. 7.In a hearing in Austin at the
Texas Water Development Board on Aug. 7, the board forced Region C to quantify the effects on Region D’s agricultural resources, according to Region D Chairman Bret Mc-Coy.
