Learning at home is important

Pamela Lincoln Cass County Extension Agent Family and Consumer Sciences Once a child enters school to receive an education, some parents tend to assign all learning to school without considering any other learning. The fact is that a child continues to learn at home, also. Each parent is a teacher, and the home is an around-the-clock learning environment. Every interaction between parent and child should be a teaching and learning interaction.
