United States Rural Community Development initiative grants are available

USDA Rural Development Rural Community Development Initiative Program provides grants of $50,000 to $300,000 to Intermediary organizations who train recipient organizations on topics such as housing development, economic development, capacity building, housing preservation, and renewable energy. The recipient then provides training to the residents in their service area.
