Kozlowski Services for Hazel Jean Kozlowski, 84, of Daingerfield will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, at Fellowship Baptist Church with Bro. Doye Wilbanks officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 16, in Czar Cemetery in Crawford County, Mo. Hazel was born Feb. 8, 1930, in Huzzah, Mo. and died Thursday, Sept.11, 2014 in Longview.
