College to host job fair on Sept. 23

Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) will host a job fair on Tuesday, September 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Union Building (SUB) on the main NTCC campus. The event is free to the public. More than a dozen local and regional employers will be in attendance. “We realize that the job market is tough right now. We are offering this fair as an opportunity for job seekers to meet face to face with area hiring managers,” Alex Ortega, NTCC Advisor/ Recruiting Specialist, said. “We have had good success with these events in the past and we generally end up having between 20 and 30 local employers represented.”
