Walmart Neighborhood Market opens in Lone Star

Residents of Lone Star now have a new option when it comes to shopping for their wares thanks to Walmart. Citizens will now be able to make use of the newly opened Walmart Neighborhood Market and a celebratory ceremony was conducted last Wednesday. Lone Star Mayor, Karl Stoermer, gave a grand opening speech in which he emphasized the economic impact the new store will have on the city by providing employment, keeping local tax dollars at home, cutting down the driving distance to buy goods, and allow for competitive local prices. “Competition made America great and competition will keep America great,” said Mr. Stoermer.
