BPA students qualify for state conference

From Bee Staff Reports Daingerfield High School’s Business Professionals of America have qualified three students for the State Leadership Conference, which will be held in March. To qualify for the state conference, students were put through a rigorous level of competition atthe Regional Leadership Conference. This year Daingerfield-Lone Star High students competed against 741 other students, mostly from 6-A size schools at the Regional event held Jan. 17 in Frisco. Qualifying for state are: Nic Ayers, 2nd in Administrative Support Research Project; Erica Alexander, 4th in Advanced Office Systems & Procedures and Christina Carrillo, 5th in Integrated Office Applications.
