A Patriot’s Opinion

Is there anything government can do without losing money or causing total chaos? Seriously in all of my 63 years on this planet I have never seen anything that government does that has ever been a success. And what do we do? We keep letting them take over more and more stuff. They collect taxes on gasoline for road and bridge upkeep and yet the roads and bridges are falling apart. Could they be taking that money and using it for something else? They would never do that right? They take money from our checks every week for well-intentioned programs that benefit them more than they do us. So let’s look at a few of the great business  ventures that our government has gotten involvedin over the years. I’m sure when Social Security was first thought of it was probably a good idea in theory. Theoretically they take money out of our checks and hold it in a “lock box” (what a joke) until we retire. But along the way they take it out of that lock box and spend it on God knows what.
