Memorial Scholarship set to honor teen killed in 2013 crash

In life, there are some things we expect. We expect to get paid for work done. We expect to receive a ticket when we are stopped by law enforcement. We even expect to plan a funeral for a parent at some point in our lives. No one ever expects to receive a phone call that their child has passed away in an accident. No one ever expects to plan a funeral for a child.
It is in that position that the Allen family found themselves in September of 2013. Their son, Tanner, was with three friends when tragedy struck.
