Lady Mustangs advance to Regional Semis

Uncharted territory. That is where the Hughes Springs Lady Mustangs find themselves in a unique position every week, having won their first playoff series a couple weeks ago. They aren’t showing signs of stage fright, though. Last week, the Redwater Lady Dragons were the opponent at NTCC in Mount Pleasant. In the best of three series, the Lady Mustangs prevailed 2 games to none to advance to the regional semi-finals against the Pilot Point Lady Bearcats.
