New superintendent takes reins at Hughes Spring ISD

For the first time in 34 years, Hughes Springs ISD will start school in August
without Rick Ogden serving in some official capacity. The district has hired Sarah
Dildine to replace Mr. Ogden in the role of Superintendent of Schools.
