Local schools, communities promote Breast Cancer Awareness

October brings an abundance of color to the area.
The trees, which had been covered by shades of green
for many months, begin to turn fabulous shades of
oranges, reds, yellows, and browns. Other colors
abound in October, as well, as many communities
and schools in the area become awash in a sea of
pink in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness
Month.
