Cass County sentences handed down

Randal Lee, Criminal District Attorney, releases the following information on cases disposed of in the 5th Judicial District Court for the Month of April, 2016, with Bill Miller, Presiding Judge:

Blake Michael Sanford, of Naples, was convicted of Burglary of a Building. His community supervision was revoked, and he was sentenced to 15 months in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Anthony Scott Vaughn, of Hughes Springs, was convicted of Assault Causing Bodily Injury. He was sentenced two years of Deferred Adjudication, and must pay $1,000 fine plus $262.00 court cost.
