McEntire charged with theft

On Sunday, May 1, the Morris County Sheriff ’s Department received a report of a stolen Kubota all-terrain vehicle. Investigator Hershel Stroman obtained information related to the stolen vehicle, which led to the arrest of Summer Rae McEntire, 37, of Hughes Springs, and the recovery of the ATV. McEntire was charged with Theft, more than $2,500, less than $30,000, which is a State Jail Felony.
