Lady Tigers fall in Hughes Springs, 21-37

The Daingerfield Lady Tigers traveled across town on Friday, Jan. 6, to
take on cross-town and
district rival Hughes
Springs. After a hard
fought matchup, the Lady
Mustangs came out on
top, 21-37.
Jasmine Tatum led the
Lady Tigers with seven
points and four
rebounds. Kahleyia
Johnson added six points
and six rebounds, while
Montrevia Durham led
defensively with six steals
to go along with her four
points. Mikayla
Roberson added three
points, and TaQuasia
Latchison added a point
for the Lady Tigers in the
loss.
Hughes Springs was led
by Kaitlin Roth with 14
points, while Zoe Lanier
added 12 for the Lady
Mustangs.
The Lady Tigers traveled
to Redwater on
Tuesday, Jan. 10, and will
welcome the Lady
Brahmas from Paul
Pewitt to Jesse Hanson
Gymnasium on Dec. 13.
