AVINGER -- Services for William “Dale” Carter, 81, of Avinger, were June 3 at First Baptist Church in Avinger. Burial followed at Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. He was born Oct. 17, 1935 and died June 1. Online condolences at www.reeder-davis.com.
