Daingerfield- Services for Doris Verna Holmes, 81 of Richardson were Aug. 5, at Daniel’s Chapel Congregational Methodist Church with Bro. Tim Anderson officiating. Burial followed in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Doris was born Feb. 10, 1936 in Naples to Earlie Alexander and Lota Lee Cobb Jacobs. She died Aug. 2 in Richardson.
