HUGHES SPRINGS -- Services for Melvin Edmond, 72, of Pittsburg, were held Aug. 5 at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Burial followed at Woodlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mr. Edmond was born Dec. 28, 1944 and died Aug. 1.
