Sheriff’s Department is seeking information on multiple thefts

DAINGERFIELD – Morris county sheriff Jack and his staff are currently seeking information on a number of robberies that occurred recently.
In the first, the Sheriff’s office is seeking the individual or individuals responsible burglarizing a shop building located off of County road 4212. In that case, numerous tools and shop equipment was taken.
The second burglary took place off of County Road 4106. Items taken from that scene include: a 1917 30-06 Springfield rifle and a black powder rifle. An X-Box 360 and an IPad were also taken from the scene.
The following three cases all took place at a Lone star boat ramp, commonly referred to as 26 Landing. One evening, two vehicles were burglarized at the location. A 12 gauge shotgun, speakers, and numerous tools were taken from the two vehicles.
In a separate incident, another vehicle was burglarized at the boat ramp. In this case, the suspects took Ping brand golf bag, including a complete set of clubs, were taken from the vehicle.
