DAINGERFIELD -- Graveside services for Donald M. Stevens, 87 of Daingerfield were held Oct. 11, at the Bradfield Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Irvin officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Donald was born on Nov. 2, 1929 in Daingerfield to Hollie and Pernie Wallace Stevens. He died Oct. 10. He was a Baptist, and a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Korean Conflict. Donald was retired from Lone Star Steel. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Barbara Banks and Evelyn Teague, and a brother Calvin Stevens. He is survived by his wife Patsy Stevens of Daingerfield; son and daughter-in-law Perry and Angie Stevens of Daingerfield; one granddaughter; two great grand children; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Donnie and Gloria Lynch of Mt.
