GLADEWATER – The Daingerfield Tigers took on the Lone Oak Buffaloes on Nov. 17 in a UIL, 3A, Division 2 Bi-District matchup at Jack Murphy Stadium in Gladewater. The Tigers came out on top, 41-17, to set up  a matchup with defending 3A Division State Champion Gunter on Nov. 24.

The defense showed its backbone, however, forcing the Buffaloes to kick a field goal from the 16 yard line.
