Daingerfield -- Graveside services for Maurine Pearson, 90, of Longview were held Jan. 25, at the Clark Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Irvin officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home. Maurine was born on April 9, 1927 in Morris County to Carnagie Ray and Gladys Edna Finley and died on Sunday, Jan. 21 in Longview. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Charles “Pot” Pearson. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law Marsha and Bill Hoffman of Longview, Marita Biocca of Daingerfield; granddaughter Nicole Smith and husband Barry of El Dorado, Ark.; great-grandchildren Paige Smith and Preston Bugg of El Dorado, Ark.; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
