STEWART

HUGHES SPRINGS -- Helen Christine Stewart, 91 passed away on Feb. 7, into the loving arms of her Savior. She was born July 11, 1926 to Edgar and Oma Mae Pollan. She lived as she believed. Her life was an example and she strived to love and live like Jesus. She loved everyone unconditionally. She was preceded in death by her husband, Efton Stewart; and two brothers, R.C. and Edwin Pollan. Left to cherish her memory are sons and daughters-inlaw, Ronnie and Carol Stewart of Avinger, Eddie and Kay Stewart of Jenkins, Jimmy and Kathy Stewart of Hughes Springs; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Bill Patterson of Avinger, Janice and James Jackson of Hughes Springs, Jeanie and Doye Wilbanks of Rocky Branch. She was a loving granny to 12 grandkids and numerous great-grandkids and great great-grandkids. Services for Ms. Stewart were held Feb. 10, at Reeder-Davis Chapel.
