The Hughes Springs Lady Mustangs finished last week 2-1, with wins against Hooks and Queen City, and finished the week with a loss against North Lamar out of Paris.

Monday’s game was a little intense with Hughes Springs holding a controlling 5 to 1 lead going into the bottom of the sixth inning.
